• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via walk-in (subject to availability).
   

• Please arrive punctually. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or accept an adjusted service.
   

• No deposit is necessary to secure an appointment.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   

• We appreciate considerate cancellations to allow other clients to book available times.
   

• Services already rendered are non-refundable.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices may vary based on style, length, size, and time required.
   

• Final quotes are given at the salon before the service begins.
   

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
   

 

5. Health & Safety

• We maintain a clean and professional environment for all clients.
   

• Clients are responsible for informing the stylist of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions.
